Luxeperience Photo Session

Services. Navy B. Rae Photography L.L.C. (NBRP) is in the business of providing various
photography services. We will perform the services as listed on the website and agreed to by
the Client.
Payment and Deposit. The Client will pay for the services provided according to the agreed
upon services including, but not limited to, session fees, packages, and add-ons. A non-
refundable deposit (session fee) will be required to schedule the session and will be applied
to the total.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy. Session fees are non-refundable. Subject to the
availability of NBRP, Client may reschedule a session with a minimum of ten (10) days’
notice prior to the agreed upon service date, and the session fee will transfer to apply to the
new date. All cancellations and any rescheduled session requested with less than ten (10)
days’ notice will result in the surrender of the full session fee which may not be used for a
future session. Notice is satisfied by a request, by Client, in writing, and an
acknowledgement of the notice by NBRP, in writing.
Ownership. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, intellectual property, products, or
other information (collectively, “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by NBRP in
connection with the Services will be the property of NBRP. Client shall have a nonexclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, non-transferable license to reproduce, prepare
derivative works, distribute copies to the public, and display publicly the Work Product.
Client understands and agrees that NBRP may use Work Product for marketing purposes.
Assignment. The rights and obligations conferred under this Agreement may not be assigned
by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.
Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Michigan.
Waiver. The failure of either party to require the performance of any term or obligation of
this Agreement, or the waiver by either party of any breach of this Agreement, shall not
prevent any subsequent enforcement of any term or obligation or be deemed a waiver of any
subsequent breach.
Severability. If any part of these terms or conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for
any reason, the remaining terms or conditions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a
court of competent jurisdiction finds that any term or condition is invalid and unenforceable
as written, that term or condition will be deemed modified in a manner consistent with the
intent of the original term or condition to make it valid and enforceable.

Your payment or deposit made indicates your agreement with these terms and conditions.
